Located in the heart of Ardross, Laviche will feature 27 luxury residences designed for modern, elevated living. Highlights include open-plan layouts, expansive balconies and stunning rooftop terrace with river views, fire pit, barbecue area and lush greenery
We are thrilled to be part of the project team providing building certification.

Econolodge Motel – Stage 2
This is a 3 storey Motel which features 24 beds located along the Great Eastern Highway in Rivervale. Stage 1 of the project is completed, and we are excited to contribute to Stage 2 project for the rest of 12 beds providing a building certification.

Mixed-use Hotel Development in Maddington
This development is for the construction of a 2-storey hotel and commercial development within the Maddington Town Centre. This project consists of up to 59 rooms, 2 restaurants on the ground floor and a reception centre on the upper floor.
This project will provide for more vibrant and modern developments to service the immediate locality and local community.
We are honoured to have been appointed to providing building certification for this development and contribute to the growth of the local economy
